  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • SoulCycle @ 6:30pm with the work crew

Tuesday March 28th

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Tribe Fitness Learn 2 Run

Wednesday March 29th

  • Tribe Fitness Community Run at 7pm
  • Walk 10,000 steps

Thursday March 30th

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Walk 10,000 steps

Friday March 24th

  • Walk 10,000 steps

Saturday March 25th

  • RPM Spin with Lauren at 9:30am
  • Weight Training – Arms
