Sweat Plan for the Week of March 12th

Last week was a bit hectic as I started a new job and settled back into a normal everyday routine. I will be speaking about maintaining a sense of routine over the past few months in a post that I hope to publish in the next week or two. My goal for March is to continue to build my base and then start really chipping away at my training plan start April 1st. Last week I continued to see success in my training as I ran my fastest 5km on Wednesday night alongside my Tribe Fitness #TribeSoleSisters during our International Women’s Day run, it was a nice achievement after I had been sidelined with a chest infection the week prior.

Sunday March 12th

  • Tribe Yoga Jam @ 7pm
  • Walk 10,000 steps

Monday March 13th

  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Weight Training – Arms #2

Tuesday March 14th

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Tribe Fitness Learn to Run Program at 7pm

Wednesday March 15th

  • Tribe Fitness Community Run at 7pm
  • Weight Training Arms #1

Thursday March 16th

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Walk 10,000 steps

Friday March 17th

  • Walk 10,000 steps

Saturday March 18th

  • Walk 10,000 steps
