Sunday January 29th

  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Tribe Roll Out at The Attic (lululemon Queen West)
  • Tribe Yoga Jam at MEC Toronto

Monday January 30th

  • Yoga or Strength Training on my own

Tuesday January 31st

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Tribe Fitness Learn to Run Program at 7pm

Wednesday February 1st

  • Tribe Fitness Community Run at 7pm
  • Strength training on my own (30 mins.)

Thursday February 3rd

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Walk 10,000 steps

Friday February 4th

  • Walk 10,000 steps

Saturday February 5th

  • 9:30 am RPM Spin at GoodLife + Strength Training (arms)
