  • 30 mins cardio + Weight Training W1 D2
  • Tribe Fitness Learn to Run Program at 7pm

Wednesday February 8th

  • Tribe Fitness Community Run at 7pm
  • Weight Training W1 D3

Thursday February 9th

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Walk 10,000 steps

Friday February 10th

  • Walk 10,000 steps

Saturday February 11th

  • 9:30 am RPM Spin at GoodLife +Weight Training W2 D1
