Tuesday February 21st

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Tribe Fitness Learn to Run Program at 7pm

Wednesday February 22nd

  • Tribe Fitness Community Run at 7pm
  • Weight Training

Thursday February 23rd

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Walk 10,000 steps

Friday February 24th

  • Walk 10,000 steps

Saturday February 25th

  • Tribe Fitness ATB Long Run (10km Training for MTL) at 9:30am
