Sweat Plan for the Week of February 12th

Last week didn’t go exactly as planned, my new Upper Body Weight Training took a back seat as I spent some time doing yoga, catching up with friends and working on a few things for this coming week. I lifted on Saturday instead of cycling which I felt during my Roll Out last night, plus there was a lot of standing Friday and Saturday so working out my legs + feet was necessary before kicking off this week of training.

Sunday February 12th

  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Tribe Fitness Rollout at 5:30pm
  • Tribe Fitness Yoga Jam at 7pm

MondayFebruary 13th

  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Dance with Colours at lululemon Queen West The Atic

Tuesday February 14th

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Tribe Fitness Learn to Run Program at 7pm

Wednesday February 15th

  • Tribe Fitness Community Run at 7pm
  • Weight Training W2 D1

Thursday February 16th

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Walk 10,000 steps

Friday February 17th

  • Walk 10,000 steps

Saturday February 18th

  • 9:30 am RPM Spin at GoodLife +Weight Training W2 D2
