Sunday December 18th

  • REST DAY

Monday December 19th

  • 5km run with Judith

Tuesday December 20th

  • Fuel Training at 6am
  • Lululemon Queen West Community Yoga at 8pm

Wednesday December 21st

Thursday December 22nd

  • TBD – I’m not sure how I’m going to sweat today, my Fuel Training membership ran out of classes a bit early this month as I used one of my passes to attend their Yoga for HITT & Strength Training.

Friday December 23rd

  • REST  DAY

Saturday December 24th

  • 9:30 am RPM Spin with Lauren at GoodLife
