Sweat Plan for the Week of December 10th

As I ease back into writing more frequently after taking some time to deal with some personal matters and also rest after my minor surgery at the start of the month I’m going to kick this all off with my week at a glance to share what I’ll be up to this week for training and fun in my sweat life.

There is quite a bit going on this week as I continue my Winter Training Program and there are a few events that I will be checking out this week in Toronto and Hamilton!

Sunday December 10th

  • REST DAY

Wednesday December 13th

  • Tribe Fitness 6th Annual Ugly Sweater Dash
    • Meet on the corner of Queen & University for 7pm start.
    • This annual tradition for Tribe Fitness welcomes runners from all crews and paces to join us as we celebrate the season running throughout the downtown core in our ugly sweaters as we snap pictures at an array of holiday landmarks in Toronto. After the run we will hit-up the Nathan Phillips Square Holiday Market for eats & drinks!

Thursday December 14th

Friday December 15th

  • Movers & Wakers – Morning Party at the Hamilton Farmer’s Market at 8am
    • This will be my first Movers & Wakers event, I saw Tej from Lower City Runners post about the event on Instagram and I decided that I’d make the journey to check out this FREE, fun and new way to shake-up my morning while exploring the incredible Hamilton Farmer’s Market. I will be sure to share my experience with you on my Instagram Story throughout the morning and look for a blog post early next week where I’ll share everything about Movers & Wakers!

Saturday December 16th

  • 9:30 am RPM Spin with Lauren at GoodLife
