Wow, it’s been a few weeks.
When I embarked on my vacation to the west coast I had communicated to my network that I would share my journey while I was traveling through Instagram + Snapchat and summarize it all through a blog series once I returned home. As much as I wanted to share every detail with you while I was exploring Seattle and Vancouver I was also trying to make a conscious effort to live in the moment, disconnect a bit, take some pressure of myself and really soak in every memory that was happening while I was away. When I returned home the focus was getting things in order in my new home before I started to transition back to my hustling lifestyle with my training and writing.
Among returning home, coming back to work and finally settling into my new home, I’ve been spending this past week starting to write down all my thoughts, feelings, memories, emotions and adventures into a series of blog posts to share with you over the next few weeks. It’s a lot, there were a lot of feels on this trip as I learned about myself, tried new things, took this opportunity I was given head on as I did my very best to make the most of every moment and connected with SO many #runfamily in VanCity!
I’ll start by summarizing my weekend off in Seattle where all I can say is there was a lot of food and a lot of fun with one of my best friends. Over 7 posts I’ll share a day-by-day breakdown of all the #runlife, #sweatlife and SeaWheeze shenanigans that went down while I spent a week in one of my favourite cities living like a local and working along side lululemon.
There is a lot to share and I am really excited to illustrate my journey for you all through words and pictures.
